“If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”
While they sometimes force transformation, destruction, failure, and abrupt endings do not have to be the prerequisites to change and innovation.
After all, change is a constant and innovation is mostly incremental—innovation is evolution more than revolution.
We don’t have to wait for the breaking point to innovate. In fact, for some issues we mustn’t.
We can take advantage of these properties to better facilitate innovation and its adoption, especially when it comes to the greatest challenges facing society.
