Innovating is challenging.
If you’re uncomfortable as you go about the innovation process, it’s typically a symptom of bumping up against and expanding thresholds—both your own and those of the status quo.
Pushing the boundaries to do work that matters is seldom comfortable, but it’s often worthwhile.
