It’s easy to confuse the two, but they may not be the same thing. What we believe to be true might not be the truth.
Articulating the difference between your own beliefs and the absolute facts opens the door to curiosity, learning, and perspective. It makes it easier to reconsider and revise your beliefs when you receive new information that might challenge them.
