Business is about relationships.
Relationships with customers, clients, colleagues, employees, communities, contractors, investors, partners, suppliers, regulators, shareholders, stakeholders, etc.
So what’s the productivity cost when we lack empathy in these relationships? What’s it costing us when we work around one another instead of working with one another? What human potential might we unleash by doing the work to better listen, understand, and connect?
