Just as you would expect soreness after strength training, it’s critically important that you actively expect frustration when you’re learning and innovating, especially when doing so quickly.
Rather than be blocked by frustration, the key is to recognize it as part of progress and to welcome it. From there you can work through the resistance and maximize the learning opportunity.
Frustration is an essential part of success if you learn to embrace and overcome it.
