Being more vocal doesn’t necessarily mean that you’re conveying your message more or in a better way.
While there are times that effective communication requires that you be more vocal, it’s important to not confuse being outspoken with communicating effectively. More vocal is not synonymous with more effective.
Without listening so you can get clear and understand the purpose of your message and your intended audience, being more vocal is merely sending out louder noise, not transmitting a strong, meaningful signal.
