Do you have know-what or know-how?
Know-what is often gathered in the context of consuming knowledge about a thing. This can involve reading a book or article, listening to a podcast or lecture, or watching a video, etc.
Know-how is often gathered in the context of deliberately practicing a thing. This involves performing, getting feedback, reflecting on your performance, and making adjustments.
Knowing what to do and knowing how to do it are two separate things.
