When faced with a problem, we have a natural tendency to turn to addition.
We add a step, process, habit, feature, resource, meeting, or purchase.
But sometimes, the solution is subtraction.
For example, a big part of healthy living is what we avoid: junk food, UV exposure, smoking, etc.
What do we need to stop doing, do less of, remove, or avoid so we can more readily move forward?
