Now what are the three things you spend most of your time doing – not intending to do, but actually doing?
Jot those down:
Now compare. Does what’s most important to you align with how you spend your time?
If not, what might you need to start doing, stop doing, do more of, or do less so that what you actually spend your time on better syncs with what you most value?
