Most innovation\u2014including disruption\u2014is a gradual, incremental process, not a eureka moment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Moreover, most innovation isn\u2019t the product of a brilliant, lone genius.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Innovation mostly happens over time, through hard work and collaboration that unleashes collective intelligence.
