Our answers to these questions might be quite different. As Marty Rubin said, \u201cWhen the meaning is unclear there is no meaning.\u201d<\/p>\n
If we don\u2019t take a moment to clarify and get aligned on meaning, we\u2019re at high risk of unknowingly stepping into the traps of miscommunication and misunderstanding, which can sabotage projects and relationships.<\/p>\n
If we don\u2019t have a shared understanding of the purpose, priorities, process, and goals, how can we be aligned on what success and progress looks like?<\/p>\n
