We know where we are now, where we\u2019re going, and we\u2019ve considered a rough map to get there through experimentation and perseverance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">When others aren\u2019t as excited and eager as we are to move forward, we may be quick to dismiss them as heel-draggers, opponents, challengers, or rebels. But that may not be the case.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">We forget that oftentimes, those we\u2019re leading simply aren\u2019t as familiar with the vision and the journey ahead. They\u2019re starting from a different place and may simply need some time to learn, internalize, and understand so they can trust and share in the vision and see themselves in it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">And as leaders, we need to meet them where they are. From there, we can co-create the way forward together.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\">When we\u2019re leading change, we see the vision.
