articulate them clearly, consistently, and congruently with our words, actions, and systems.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It can be easy to get caught up in our own feelings of frustration, disappointment, and even contempt when someone or something doesn\u2019t meet our expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, it\u2019s important to take a step back and critically assess whether or not we actually set and shared explicit expectations in the first place or if these feelings stem from our own unvalidated assumptions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
