Many of us go to meetings, a lot of meetings. Yet poorly organized meetings <\/span>are a multi-billion dollar problem<\/span><\/a> that erodes trust and sickens organizational culture.<\/span><\/p>

We can choose to design and facilitate better meetings, and now, more than ever, it\u2019s important that we do.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

If you want people to be engaged in meetings, then design your meetings to be engaging.
