People are allergic to change when they don\u2019t trust that those driving the change have their best interests at heart.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">People are excited and even energized by change when they\u2019re enrolled in the transformation, when they\u2019re input is sought out, listened to, and valued as part of the change process, when they trust that the change is happening out of care for them.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While change is often talked about as being hard and scary, change becomes much easier and less scary for people when they\u2019re enrolled in and trust in the process versus when change is imposed on them.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Does your team or organization appear to be in the midst of change allergy season?
