doing that something it can be easy for the initial intention behind it to turn into mindless procedures and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/steveblank.com\/2015\/05\/19\/organizational-debt-is-like-technical-debt-but-worse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">organizational debt<\/span>.<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The why behind doing the something gets lost so as times change we don\u2019t even realize when continuing to do the something becomes irrelevant or even an obstacle to achieving our bigger goals.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just because doing something is popular or the status quo, don\u2019t assume doing that something creates value.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Get curious before jumping on the bandwagon and if you\u2019re already on the bandwagon, get curious to see if it makes sense to jump off of it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Take a moment to question why you\u2019re doing the something and what that something is really
