Mountains have summits, and they\u2019re typically known, so it\u2019s easy to calculate the duration of the sufferfest. With headwinds, you never know unless you\u2019ll be making a U-turn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s much easier to get ahead on a bicycle when you have the support of a tailwind blowing you in the same direction you are travelling.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same is true when it comes to innovation and creating the conditions for change to happen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can wear yourself out fast if you\u2019re moving against a headwind.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instead, if you want to facilitate innovation and change-making, look for the tailwinds: the conditions that will help push you along in the direction you want to go and effortlessly cruise at a higher speed than usual.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tailwinds are a blessing.
