extractive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s about squeezing out value, an activity that feels transactional, unidirectional, and doesn\u2019t engender trust.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other than a hug, generally people don\u2019t like to be squeezed, and you can only squeeze someone so much before it quickly becomes painful and even dangerous.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rather than seeking to&nbsp;<i>get the most value out of<\/i> someone, partner with them to do valuable things instead.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While squeezing someone has its limits, you can unleash near limitless potential by partnering and co-creating value
