complaint messages and it reveals an important insight into how most loyal customers view their interaction with brands:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2192 It\u2019s relational, not transactional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And great relationships are built on trust.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You earned your customers trust
