style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So instead of spending time and energy telling yourself a distorted story about what it will be like to do the thing and avoiding doing the thing, confront reality and just do it!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can then invest your time and energy where it matters
