Here are the 10 questions I ask myself at the end of each day to better learn from and be more engaged with my daily experiences:<\/p>\n

    Did I do my best to set clear goals and priorities today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Did I do my best to make progress towards my goals and focus on my priorities today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Did I do my best to find meaning today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Did I do my best to embrace curiosity and courage today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    Did I do my best to be kind towards myself and others today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Did I do my best to build positive relationships today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Did I do my best to get outside and\/or get moving today?<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
